Due to the affordable nature and high turnover of our cosmetic products, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges. If your items arrive damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our Customer Care team within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Check Your Order
Inspect your package immediately upon arrival to ensure all items are present and in perfect condition before discarding any packaging.
- 2.Document Damaged Items
If an item is broken or incorrect, take a clear photo of the product and the shipping label on the outside of your box.
- 3.Contact Customer Care
Email our support team with your order number and the photos of the damage to initiate a replacement request.
- 4.Resolution Process
Once our team verifies the claim, we will issue a replacement for the damaged product or a store credit if the item is out of stock.
